The Running Culture has steadly grown in Berlin in recent years, and there is a genuine interest in the sport. For Running all you need is a comfortable pair of running shoes and the motivation to move. 

Driven by the spirit of “Connect the Dots.,” we unite runners from all over the world every week. LOAD is a diverse, inclusive, high-energy community where we push each other forward and celebrate every step. We create a safe space for everyone — and together, we turn the city into our playground.
