Returns information

We have a 14 day return policy starting from the date you receive your package. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging and with tags still attached. Any item that doesn’t fit this may be rejected for a refund.  

To start a return process, log in and submit a return request.
You are liable for the shipping cost of the return parcel.

Once we have received your returned package, we will review the item and check the quality and reasons for return. After the items pass the quality control check, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to be processed.
